Christenings and Occasions is a small independant online retailer specialising in Christening and special occasion wear for babies and young children.

We aim to help parents enjoy their baby's special day and believe that the right outfit is an important part of a little ones first social occasion, especially where they are to be the centre of attention! Christening gowns have long been a tradition, originally all white and full length. Today, however, we have more choice with gowns, dresses and rompers in both white and ivory. Bridesmaids, flower girls and page boys are often very young and the traditional dresses and suits are now made in perfect miniature just for babies and toddlers. Our selection includes dresses and suits to please every parents vision of their child’s Christening or special occasion. We also ensure that we have complimenting shawls, shoes and accessories to complete your baby’s special outfit.

We are pleased to say that our customer service doesn’t end on dispatch of your order. We want you to be delighted with your child’s special occasion wear and we are happy to answer any of your questions before or after purchase.

Baby special occasion wear

We stock special occasion clothing and accessories for your baby's Christening, Baptism or Naming Ceremony in sizes from newborn to toddler as well as shawls, shoes and accessories. We have a gorgeous collection of Christening wear including gowns, dresses and rompers. Many of our outfits are manufactured here in the U.K. and whatever style you choose you can be assured that they are all exquisitely designed and beautfully made for your baby's special day. For baby bridesmaids, flower-girls and page boys we have some beautiful special occasion wear. We have baby girls bridesmaids dresses and flower-girl dresses and for baby boys we have page boy suits and formal wedding guest suits. We also stock a range of Christening shawls and accessories to compliment our clothing range so that parents are able to complete their baby's outfit in just one order. We do keep limited numbers of stock but we are regularly renewing and updating our collections. So, if there is anything that you like that is marked 'out of stock' please add us to your favourites and check back soon or contact us and we will be happy to advise if and when the item will be available again.
