This gorgeous dress has a round neckline and short puff sleeves. The bodice is made in white, soft sheen, satin. Pretty decorated waistband* with white satin ribbon ties to the back. Full white satin skirt with a double layer of tulle over with curled hemline. Dress fastens to the back with a concealed zip.
