Where do we deliver to?
We only deliver to the United Kingdom and European Union.
When will my order be sent?
All items shown on our website are held in stock. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock we will inform you as soon as we are aware and offer a refund or exchange.
If you order before 3pm (Sunday to Thursday) your order will be despatched the next working day. (Don’t forget weekends and Bank Holidays aren’t working days), unless otherwise stated upon checkout.

We will e-mail you as soon as your order is despatched so that you can anticipate its arrival.
For orders being sent to addresses within the EU please allow up to 10 days from the date of despatch.
We regret we cannot provide exact delivery dates as, in order to keep delivery costs down, we use Royal Mail who only provide us with estimated delivery times.
Our standard delivery service is not an express delivery service, so please ensure that you allow enough time for your order to reach you – at least 5 working days (UK) and 10 working days (EU).
UK Customers Special Delivery Service:
Please read the description for this service carefully. This is not a next day delivery service and we regret we are unable to provide a next day delivery service.
For customers who would like to know when their order will arrive we are happy to send your order by Royal Mails Special Delivery serivice. This service guarantees delivery before 1p.m. the next working day after despatch (does not include weekends or bank holidays). The charge for this service is £6.99. If we are unable to offer this service at any time we will make this clear at the time of ordering.

Please note that Special Delivery is a service provided by Royal Mail. If their delivery service fails we will investigate the matter for you and refund the special delivery charge if Royal Mail are at fault. We do not offer compensation if advertised delivery times are not met.
We will not be held responsible if Royal Mail are unable to deliver on time because there is no one at home to sign for the parcel or if an incorrect address is given.
If whole orders are returned where Special Delivery is selected only our standard delivery charge of £2.95 is refundable except where faulty (please see terms & conditions).
Please make sure you give us the correct address to send your order to. Replacements and refunds will not be given if orders are lost because you have given us the wrong address. If an order is returned to us because the incorrect address is given we will refund less postage and packing costs.
How will my order be sent?
United Kingdom
We send all UK items Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery (with the exception of very low value orders which will be sent standard 1st class). This means we can track your parcel and it will require a signature upon delivery. Orders usually arrive the following working day after despatch but please allow up to 7 working days.
European Union
Orders are sent by Royal Mail International signed for delivery. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery.
Postage & packing costs:
For orders within the U.K. postage & packing costs £2.95 per order
For U.K. orders over £75.00 postage & packing is FREE*.
Special Delivery costs £6.99 per order (UK only)
For orders within the E.U. postage & packing costs £7.99 per order.
*Please note that if part of the order is subsequently returned taking the total value below £75.00 the standard postage & packing fee will be deducted from any refund.
Order not arrived?
All orders will be sent by recorded post and someone will need to sign for the parcel as proof of receipt. If no-one’s in, you should receive a card letting you know where you can collect your items (normally the local sorting office or depot). There will also be a phone number you can call to re-arrange delivery.
If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of despatch please contact your local Royal Mail depot giving your house number and postcode as cards are not always left. After you have followed these steps please contact us in writing (by e-mail) including your name and order number.
If your order is returned to us because you did not pick it up from the delivery office after a failed delivery attempt, you will be required to pay the delivery cost to re-send the item.

The transaction will appear as CandOLtd on your bank or credit card statement.
We are sorry but we cannot accept payment over the telephone and are no longer able to accept cheques or postal orders.
