General
We reserve the right to change and amend these terms and conditions. Any changes we make will be deemed to have come into effect on the date that they have been posted on this website. You are responsible for reading the terms and conditions. When you place an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions and the use of our web site shall be governed by the laws and regulations of United Kingdom. If any part of these conditions is invalid, illegal or unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the validity, legality or enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
Prices, Order and Payment
The price payable for the products you order is that set out on our web site at the time you place your order. The prices of the products that we display on our website are subject to change without notice. As a small business we are not liable for VAT and all prices advertised are 100% VAT free.
When you make an order your order will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions. We will send you an automated email confirming receipt of your order, unless you have provided an invalid email address or there is error in our server. Please note that the confirmation email is not a contract confirmation or order acceptance from us. A contract between you and us for the sale of our products will only exist once your order has been processed and dispatched.
We take payment online in a secure environment by debit or credit card. We currently use third party payment service provider(s) to process all online transactions. For information about the measures that the service provider(s) have put in place to protect your security, please refer to their respective web site(s).
We no longer accept cheques or postal orders as payment.
Delivery
We will deliver products in accordance with your order. We make every effort to deliver the products within the expected timetable, however delays are sometimes inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances. We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery. Orders will be dispatched only upon receiving cleared payment.
Delivery costs:
For customers residing in the United Kingdom there is a free postage and packing option. Orders are sent using Royal Mail first class post and orders over the value of £15.00 are sent by trackable means and will require a signature upon receipt.
If you require your order urgently we can arrange to have your order sent Special Delivery. The cost for his service is £4.95. Your order will arrive within one to three working days of placing your order with us.
(This service is available to U.K.residents only).
For customers residing within the EU postage and packing is £6.99 per order. Orders are sent by International signed for delivery.

Delivery timescale:
You will receive an Order Confirmation email immediately after your payment is sent.
We know how important it is to receive goods promptly and we always try to process orders as quickly as possible - all orders are dispatched within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment, many are sent the same day. Orders are dispatched every day Monday to Friday - with the exclusion of bank holidays.
Orders sent within the U.K. usually arrive within 7 working days. For customers residing Europe, orders usually arrive within 5 working days, but please allow up to 14 working days.
U.K. customers please note:
If Royal Mail are unable to deliver an item to you it will be returned to your local sorting office for collection. If the order is not collected within 14 days it will be returned to us. We will contact you by e-mail to inform you that the order has been returned to us and keep it for you for 3 working days. If the order is still required return postage charges will be applied.
Order Cancellation and Returns
Cancellation Policy
Customers have the right to cancel any order within 7 days of the order being placed. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us at your earliest convenience and within seven days. We will cancel the order immediately on receiving notice, where possible. As orders are usually dispatched on the same day the order may have already left us and we would then refer you to our Returns Policy.
Returns Policy
Customers wishing to return all or part of their order must contact us in writing (e-mail) within 10 days of receipt.
Where customers have changed their mind or found the item to be the incorrect size items must be returned in their original condition with tags and labels attached (where applicable) and suitable for re-sale.
To return an item customers must e-mail us prior to return. Please include in your e-mail your order number, reason for return and whether you would like an exchange or refund.
If you have notified us that you wish to return an order deemed unsuitable, we will either offer an exchange, where available, or refund. Where an exchange is requested and agreed we will not be liable for the cost of returning the orignal order. Where free delivery (UK only) had been selected we will not charge for delivery of the replacement order,however, a delivery charge of £4.95 (UK Special delivery) and £6.99 (EU International signed for) will be applied where these have been chosen. If a refund is requested and agreed we will not be liable for return postage costs.
Please return your item, securely packaged, to the return address given on your invoice. Postage is the responsibility of the customer and we recommend using insurance (Recorded or Special Delivery - please ask at your Post Office for the level of insurance required according to the value) as we will not be held responsible for returned orders lost in the post.
We will issue a refund by the original means of tender as soon as possible and within 30 days. We will send e-mail notification when your refund has been processed.
If you discover a fault with our product(s) please e-mail us as soon as possible after receiving your order and within 7 working days. Please return the item to us and we will either replace any product(s) that are damaged or defective upon delivery without extra cost to you; or refund to you the amount paid by you for the products in question. We will not, however, be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the products.
In any cases, we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Orders that have been returned without prior contact, that are not in their original condition or have the incorrect amount of postage paid will not be refunded. In these circumstances we will contact you to return the order to you at your own expense.
No refunds will be made if we have not received wriiten notice to return orders within 10 days from the date of receipt.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully. We collect information about you only to enable us to process your order (including to communicate with you regarding any order you might have placed). We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. We never pass on your details to third parties.
We use only secure payment gateways and credit / debit card details are collected by our selected payment service provider(s). We use PayPal and Google Checkout and details of their secure payment handling can be viewed on their individual websites. We guarantee that no credit or debit card details are viewed by this site.
