Despatch information (all orders):
All orders are usually despatched within one working day with the exception of Special Order items. Special Order items include most Millie Grace and Angels and Fishes garments and these items will be highlighted when you place your order and you will receive a message of 'DELAYED DESPATCH' when you add these items to basket.
The estimated delivery times given below are taken from the date you receive your notification of despatch email from us.
If you have not received a notification of despatch email please check your Spam/Junk folder and remember to add us as a 'Safe Sender'
UK Orders (including Highlands and Islands):
Standard delivery is FREE anywhere within the UK. Orders are despatched by Royal Mail's 2nd class/2nd class recorded delivery service.
Our Express Delivery service costs £4.99. Orders are despatched by Royal Mail's tracked 24/Special Delivery.
Estimated delivery times (from the date of despatch):
- Standard delivery: approx. 3-7 working days (but this time is not guaranteed)
- Express delivery: 1-3 working days (excludes weekends and Bank Holidays)
We use Royal Mail's recorded delivery service for all orders over £20 and your despatch confirmation email will provide a link to track your parcel if applicable. For standard delivery orders we are unable to guarantee a delivery time or date. We estimate that orders will arrive in 3-7 working days from the date of despatch but this can vary and we would advise that if you need your order urgently that you consider our express delivery service. Our Express Delivery service is fully trackable.
In the rare event that an order is very large and/or heavy we reserve the right to charge extra shipping costs. We will, where possible, try to cover all extra costs but where an order attracts extra charges we will contact you to discuss our options.
Orders that are sent by a tracked delivery service will require a signature upon receipt. If you are not at home when a delivery is attempted you will be left a card by Royal Mail and asked to arrange re-delivery. If you are based in the UK and have not received your order within 10 days please contact us.
For orders that are returned to us that have been incorrectly addressed or not collected from your local sorting office we will issue a refund for the value of the goods less the actual delivery cost.
